1) Eucalyptus oil Globulus, 80%

Origin: It's obtained by steam distillation with following rectification of the fresh leaves and twigs of Eucalyptus Globulus.

Odor:   Characteristic of 1,8-Cineol

Solubility:    one volume oil soluble in 5 volumes unit 70% ethyl alcohol.
GC Assay:
1,8-Cineole:     80% min.
alpha-pinene:   1% to 9%
beta-pinene:     1.5% max.
Limonene:        4 to 15%
Cymene para:  2 to 7%

Origin: It’s obtained by steam distillation with following rectification of the eaves and twigs of Cinnamomum camphora.

Specifications

Color & Appearance: Colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid.

Odor: Characteristic of 1,8-Cineol

Relative Density at 20^oC: 0.904 ~ 0.925

Refractive Index at 20^oC: 1.4580 ~ 1.4720

Optical Rotation at 20^oC: -10^o ~ +10^o

Solubility: one volume oil soluble in 5 volumes unit 70% ethyl alcohol.

GC Assay:

1,8-cineole:  80% min.
